Physical Products
Claims for Zoku Holders: Specific products such as BosoZoku and OniZoku Scarves, Hot Sauces, and the Todai City Poster entitle Zoku holders to a free claim (excluding shipping). The unique discount codes for these products are accessible on you myZoku page. Simply hover over the eligible item and click "Discount" to reveal the code and a direct link to the shop.
Payment Method Options: The Zoku Store supports a wide range of payment methods for customer convenience. These include major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, along with digital wallets like Apple Pay and PayPal. Additionally, while waiting for approval from Coinbase Commerce, the store also accepts manual crypto payments on the Ethereum Network.
Shipping Options: The store offers various shipping options. For France, customers can choose between Colis Privé (Relais) and Colissimo (La Poste). International shipping is handled by DHL. Shipping fees remain consistent for most orders weighing up to 2 kilograms. The closer you are to France, the faster shipping should be.

Digital Rewards
QR Codes and Rewards: Every physical product purchased comes with a unique QR code, each offering a chance to win a variety of rewards. These include Digital Goens (ranging from 5k to 25k), Ohayo Bars, Surprise Gear, and a Golden Ticket, redeemable for a free Zoku from the vault. Purchasing bundles also follows this rule, with one QR code per item in the bundle.
Epic Gear Claims: Certain gear items, such as the BosoZoku and OniZoku Scarves, Hot Sauces, and the Todai City Poster grant epic gear rewards when a QR code from a physical item is scanned. You need to have these in your wallet, either on a Zoku or not, to get this reward automatically. These are all one-time claims per gear item.
