Welcome to the thrilling world of ChainZoku, where adventure awaits at every corner. Here, you can take your Zoku on various quests, each offering unique challenges and rewards. Let’s dive into how you can start these quests and explore the types available.
To access the quests, visit the official ChainZoku website. Here’s what you need to do:
Connect your wallet to the site.
Navigate to the “World Quests” tab at the top of your screen.
As you explore Tōdai City on the map, you'll notice it's divided into two distinct areas:
One area is for the OniZoku Clan.
The other area is for the BosoZokus.
Throughout the map, you'll see various numbers, each representing a different quest. The numbers on the OniZoku side are exclusive to OniZoku-type Zokus, and similarly for BosoZokus.
The presence of a '+' sign adjacent to a quest number indicates that there are follow-up quests.
Click on a number on the map.
Check if you meet all the prerequisites for that quest.
If all requirements are met, select a Zoku.
Press send!
For those with multiple Zokus, managing your quests is made easy with the Dashboard. This feature allows you to:
Easily track which Zoku is on which quest.
Collect all your rewards in one place, rather than individually.
This is especially beneficial for holders with larger Zoku collections, as its an efficient way to keep track of many Zokus.
These quests offer a variety of missions. They often provide Goens and items as rewards. Before embarking on these quests, it's crucial to check that your Zoku meets the specific item requirements, or that your wallet meets the specific home items requirements.
Quests 1 and 2 are particularly suitable for farming Goens, while quests 5, 6, and 7 are excellent for harvesting bars.
Destiny Quests are exclusive missions for Zokus with Destiny traits. Despite the existence of 13 Destiny traits, not all corresponding quests are currently available, with some still to be unveiled. These quests typically offer more substantial rewards compared to normal quests.
True to their name, these quests are available for a limited time, often lasting just a few days, but can be even less. Given their short time limits, it’s essential to act swiftly and earn their rewards before they disappear.
The Vacation Quests are tailored for players who don't want to commit daily time to managing their Zokus. Instead, these are 14-day missions. While they aren't as profitable as the more regular quests, they are a good choice for people who can't log in regularly.
Seasonal Events are special quests that correspond with specific times of the year, like the advent calendar leading up to Christmas. These quests, unlike others, are not accessed via the Todai City map. Instead, they can be found on special pages, such as the advent page, which is available through a choice of map toggle.
Have a flair for creativity and a passion for ChainZoku? Here's a chance to leave your mark! There is an open invite for Zoku holders to submit their own quest ideas via the ChainZoku Discord, in the "Submit-Quest" channel. There are bonus points for good storytelling!
Quests should be engaging, balanced, and fair for all participants. To ensure consistency and feasibility, please follow these guidelines:
Clan Affiliation: Specify whether the quest is for the Onis, Bosos, or both.
Duration: Indicate how long the quest will take.
Location: Describe where on the Tōdai City Map the quest will be located.
Rewards and Odds: Propose up to four potential rewards, making sure the total odds add up to 100%.
Pre-requisites: Define any prerequisites for the quest. This could be anything from requiring a specific item to be equipped, holding a certain custom rank, or owning a NFT from another collection.
Cost: Will the player need to pay goens to participate?
Equipment: Should the Zoku have a specific item equipped?
Inventory Requirements: Is there something specific that needs to be in the holder's wallet inventory?
Custom Rank: Does the Zoku need to be of a certain custom rank?
Cross-Collection NFTs: Could owning an NFT from another collection be a prerequisite?
